About

Kyle LeNeau

Kyle is a software engineer from Minneapolis, MN.  His passions lie in programming and technology.  His passion for coding started in college where he discovered that applications could exist on the web.  During college he worked for the University of Minnesota Duluth creating advanced web applications for departments and internal use (ITSS).  The applications used standard linux technogies including PERL, HTML, JavaScript, and MySql.  During his time there he worked with peers and managers to create a Model View Controller framework to speed development and maintainability of projects.  To this day the framework is still being used by the development group.  This acomplishment earned him the 2006 Student Employee of the Year award for the University.

While working for the University Kyle also studied for classes in Management Information Systems.  Taking courses in computer programming and project management opened the door to his passion today.  Currently Kyle enjoys programming in C# around Asp.Net and the MVC framework.  When he is not working at his day job programming you can usually find him coding or exploring new technologies or methodologies.  Kyle does not just have an interest in coding or maintaining a day job but rather a passion for it and a drive to better him self through learning, experimenting or other various projects to make him more efficient at what he loves.
